This opportunity includes on-site exposure to more than several thousand guests, sales, exhibit/booth space, sampling opportunities, signage, product distribution, and demonstrations. Come be part of Rainier’s largest annual event!
Vendor booth/truck is only $75 for vendors and FREE for non-profits. Don’t miss this great opportunity to get in on the ground level! Please note, there will be no available power on site for 2023. Deadline for application is June 24, 2023, or as space allows.

Vendor setup is July 1st at 11am . Vendor breakdown begins at 5pm, but please feel free to stay with the crowd to take advantage of the ongoing Street Dance starting at 6pm.
All vendors must show proof of insurance listing City of Rainier as additionally insured on this specific day. Please do not hesitate to reach out if you need assistance with this.
